The Lyryx staff strives to provide superior support to instructors to enable them to focus on teaching, not on technology.
From creating assignments to recording grades and handling student inquiries, the Lyryx support staff is available to provide assistance for the duration of a course. After receiving a course request from the instructor, Lyryx staff will respond via email (within 24 hours) with all pertinent course details, login information, and particulars regarding system use, assignments, and student registration.In keeping with our goal of optimizing instructors' time, we offer built-in "Ready-Set-Go" assignments for a typical course, and, if needed, assist with the customization of specific course outlines. Students are then ready to register themselves and get on with their course work. The instructor can follow student progress throughout the course and download grades at any time.
During the course term Lyryx staff are available to respond to specific inquiries regarding students, extensions and offer guidance on how to use the Lyryx platform.
